Great workout!
You will need a towel and water because you have move all the time. I lost 2 lbs the first time I did it.

Great work-out program. I have to say it reminds me why I started playing tennis in the first place. Tennis can be a great weight loss program, and this is the perfect work-out.

Challenging but worth it!
Truely a 1000 calorie training! I wore my polar band and measured 1034 calories burned.. I am a believer! Not only has this video improved my game, but it has helped me drop those extra pounds. Very recommended!!
